Depuis le mois d\u2019Ao\u00fbt elle a pris ses fonctions dans une partie d\u2019un b\u00e2timent situ\u00e9 avenue de la Rive \u00e0 PUBLIER dans le bassin de vie de la commune.<br \/>La visibilit\u00e9 de la police municipale et la disponibilit\u00e9 du service font sa force.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-62d84f9 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"62d84f9\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3eef526\" data-id=\"3eef526\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c885a9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0c885a9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">II) LES MISSIONS DE LA POLICE MUNICIPALE<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>RAPPEL :<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la Police Municipale ex\u00e9cute sous l\u2019autorit\u00e9 du Maire les missions de police administrative en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention et de surveillance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la commune pour maintenir la tranquillit\u00e9, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, le bon ordre et la salubrit\u00e9 publique.<\/p><p>Sous l\u2019autorit\u00e9 du Procureur de la r\u00e9publique, la Police Municipale remplit les missions de Police Judiciaire en constatant par Proc\u00e8s-Verbaux ou Rapports les infractions aux diff\u00e9rentes lois et r\u00e8glements.<\/p><p>Elle assure \u00e9galement l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des arr\u00eat\u00e9s de Police du Maire et constate les infractions aux obligations ou interdictions de ces actes.<br \/>Elle fait respecter les dispositions des Codes et lois dont ils ont comp\u00e9tence et r\u00e9dige les Proc\u00e8s-Verbaux correspondant aux contraventions et d\u00e9lit constat\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Dans le cadre de crime ou de d\u00e9lit flagrant puni d\u2019une peine d\u2019emprisonnement, elle peut appr\u00e9hender l\u2019auteur et l\u2019accompagner devant l\u2019Officier de police Judiciaire Territorialement comp\u00e9tent.<\/p><p>Le service de la Police Municipale de PUBLIER accroit son exp\u00e9rience professionnelle en \u00e9tant form\u00e9 aux Gestes Techniques Professionnels en Intervention avec la police Municipale de THONON les BAINS.<br \/>Ces formations permettent un \u00e9change mutuel d\u2019informations et une garantie d\u2019interventions dans le respect du cadre l\u00e9gal. Sa force et d\u2019avoir au sein du service deux moniteurs reconnus par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnfpt.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">le Centre National de la Fonction Publique Territoriale<\/a>, ce qui permet une souplesse dans les formations.<\/p><p>Munie de moyens de d\u00e9placements (Duster avec s\u00e9rigraphie, scooter METROPOLIS 400 Cm3 et deux V\u00e9los tout terrains), elle est pr\u00e9sente sur tout le territoire communal et travaille en compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 avec les services de l\u2019Etat (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.police-nationale.interieur.gouv.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Police Nationale<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gendarmerie.interieur.gouv.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gendarmerie Nationale<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pompiers.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sapeurs-Pompiers<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Police_municipale_(France)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Polices municipales<\/a> voisines et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.douane.gouv.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Douane<\/a>) pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la tranquillit\u00e9 des citoyens.<\/p><p>Avec son radar portatif, elle assure la pr\u00e9vention et la r\u00e9pression sur les diff\u00e9rents axes routiers afin de diminuer l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re.<\/p><p>Elle est pr\u00e9sente r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement aux abords des trois \u00e9coles pour en assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Munie de moyens de d\u00e9fenses et de ripostes, elle peut assurer la tranquillit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des manifestations et des MUNICIPALE<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>La police municipale est une police de proximit\u00e9.<br \/>Elle apporte un sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 lors de ses nombreuses patrouilles, pr\u00e9sences et prises de contact avec les administr\u00e9s et les commer\u00e7ants sur le territoire communal.<br \/>Ces policiers municipaux motiv\u00e9s et disponibles sont tr\u00e8s souvent les primo intervenants.<br \/>Ils sont quotidiennement en contact avec la Police Nationale et peuvent \u00e0 chaque instant leur demander une assistance par le biais de la communication radio du r\u00e9seau \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/ACROPOL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ACROPOL<\/a> infractions \u00e0 la loi p\u00e9nale.<\/p><p>La Police Administrative est une police qui vise \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les troubles \u00e0 l\u2019ordre public par sa pr\u00e9sence pr\u00e9ventive sur le territoire.<\/p><p>La Police Municipale est \u00e0 la fois sous l\u2019autorit\u00e9 directe du Procureur de la r\u00e9publique lors de ses missions de Police Judiciaire et sous l\u2019autorit\u00e9 directe du Maire lors de ses missions de Police Administrative.<\/p><p>La police municipale a \u00e9tabli (1919) Proc\u00e8s-Verbaux Electroniques pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021.<\/p><p>Le premier tableau est un comparatif pluri annuel de constatation d\u2019infractions au Code de la Route.<br \/>Ensuite le deuxi\u00e8me est le comparatif pluri annuel des infractions aux stationnements et le troisi\u00e8me est une synth\u00e8se sur les infractions constat\u00e9e mensuellement.<\/p><p>516 infractions Codes Route, nuisances et COVID ont \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9es en 2021 contre :<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">&#8211; <strong>671<\/strong> dont 253 infractions COVID en 2020<br \/>&#8211; <strong>113<\/strong> en 2019<br \/>&#8211; <strong>169<\/strong> en 2018<br \/>&#8211; comportement, leur r\u00e9cidive ou leur cumul d\u2019infractions. Pour les autres, nous effectuons souvent un rappel \u00e0 la loi.<\/p><p>La population prenant l\u2019habitude de la pr\u00e9sence de la police Municipale dans la commune, respecte en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral le Code de la Route.<\/p><p>PUBLIER \u00e9tant une ville de transit, la plupart des contrevenants habitent les communes voisines ou sont des
